Can I request a specific artist?
Yes. Choose your artist by name in the booking tool. Returning clients are automatically routed back to their last artist unless you switch.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 24 hours in advance, no fee. Within 24 hours, 50% of the service fee is charged. No-shows are charged 100%.
Do you take walk-ins?
When we have space, yes. Booking ahead is always smarter, especially Fri-Sat.

What does "clean beauty" mean here?
We use TPO-free polish and gel systems. TPO (trimethylbenzoyl diphenylphosphine oxide) is a curing agent linked to skin sensitization. We chose to skip it. Better ingredients, better air, better long term.
What's a Russian Manicure?
A dry technique using a precision electric file to clean the cuticle area to a glass smooth finish before color. Result: cleaner edges, four to five weeks of wear, no soaking required.
How long does Aprés Gel-X last?
Three to four weeks with proper care. We offer fills, removal, and new sets.
Can I bring a Pinterest reference?
Please do. Save it, send it to your artist before the appointment or show in chair. The clearer the reference, the closer the result.
Club Membership
How does cancellation work?
Cancel anytime, no fee. Unused services in the month roll forward thirty days.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Pause up to two months a year without losing your tier price.
Can I share my membership?
Memberships are personal. Penthouse tier includes one monthly bring-a-friend pass.

Where do I park?
Side lot or behind the building. Both free.
Is the salon accessible?
Yes. Ground floor, level entry, accessible restroom.
Can I bring my kid?
For your own appointment, please arrange care. We offer kids' manicures Saturdays by appointment.
Do you serve drinks?
Mimosas, coffee, sparkling water, on the house from eleven.
