When you book, join the Club, sign up for rewards, or send a note, we collect contact information (name, email, phone) and service preferences. When you visit lacque.house, we collect basic site analytics to improve the experience.
To book and remind you of appointments, deliver Club benefits, answer your questions, and occasionally send updates about new Edits or services. We don't sell your data to third parties.
You can unsubscribe from any marketing email or SMS at any time. To request deletion of your account data, email carolina@laquehouse.com with the subject "Delete My Data". We honor requests within 30 days.
California residents have the right under CCPA to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, but you may still submit a request by emailing the address above with "Do Not Sell" in the subject line.
